EazyRizer - Lifting Off-Road, Quad Bikes & ATV's
If you haven't studied the 'Eazy Rizer' menu option, please do so now - and then return to this page.
This section applies to specialist bikes that have a duplex frame (twin chassis rails) slung below
either side of the engine, it deals with ATV's, Quads and most Off-Roaders.
EazyRizer's Beam Mounting brackets are designed to take full advantage of the wide-based twin chassis
frame layout to offer you a rock-solid method of raising these special bikes.
Despite the weight of many of these machines you can leave them in the raised position for as long as
you like using Beam Mountings. With competition in mind, EazyRizer is the ideal tool for Off-Roaders,
and being able to remove all four wheels when servicing Quads and ATV's is a real bonus.

If you study the top-right Beam Mounting bracket you will notice 'hook bolts' attached to the beam.
It is those hook bolts that are slipped over the chassis frame on either side of the bike (prior to
They can be seen clearly in the diagram below...
Here we can see the two Beam Mounting brackets located on the lifting arm. The brackets can be slid
along the arm to the ideal position to suit your bike, whereupon they are located by securing bolts.
The slotted arrangement in the bracket allows you to position the hook bolts to align precisely with
your chassis rails. Please remember that the top surface of the mounting brackets have a protective
rubber pad to ensure that EazyRizer cannot damage or scratch your paintwork, and that the hook bolts
are equipped with pvc sleeves to do likewise.
There is no metal to metal contact.
Once this operation is complete (done in a matter of seconds on either side) the bike can safely be
raised to it's full working height. Any size and weight of bike can be lifted in this manner, providing
of course that it has a duplex frame. Naturally this facilitates full wheel and suspension removal, not
to mention 360 degree unrestricted access to all of the bike's mechanicals.
There are no hydraulics to worry about.
EazyRizer was specifically designed to lift big bikes and its inherent failsafe characteristics mean that
the lift cannot possibly come down on its own - regardless of how long you leave it airborne. The wide based
layout of duplex framed bikes offers the perfect opportunity to secure the bike to the lift in absolute safety.
You do not secure the bike via it's side stand when using Beam Mountings.
Precision engineering at its very best.
There are few bikes in the world that are more cumbersome and awkward to lift than ATV's and
Quads, yet as the photo above shows, even one of these monsters poses no problem for EazyRizer.
